3. Music Content and SoundCloud

The Service streams music content from SoundCloud via their public API, subject to SoundCloud's API Terms of Use.

• Users do not authenticate with SoundCloud
• We do not collect or store SoundCloud account information
• SoundCloud content is streamed in accordance with their API Privacy Policy

4. AI-Generated and Fallback Content

Some music available in the Service is AI-generated and owned or commercially licensed by the Service operator.

This content is provided solely as a fallback when:

• SoundCloud streaming usage limits are reached, or
• SoundCloud services are temporarily unavailable

No personal data is used to generate this content.

5. User-Provided Audio Content

The Service allows users to load and play audio files directly from their own device or storage.

• User-provided audio files are processed locally on the user's device for playback and waveform visualization
• Audio analysis does not involve uploading files to our servers
• We do not store, retain, transmit, or share user-provided audio files

We do not verify ownership or licensing of user-provided audio. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any audio they load into the Service is lawfully owned or licensed.

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited information with infrastructure providers (such as hosting or analytics) or legal authorities where required by law.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations.

8. Data Storage

• localStorage - Stores application state and user preferences
• IndexedDB - Caches waveform data, audio analysis, and thumbnails for performance

Third-party services (such as Google Fonts) may set their own cookies. We do not control these third-party cookies. All data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
